Privacy policy

The short version
This website exists to tell you what PearlFibers does. It doesn't exist to collect data about you. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no data sold or shared for marketing — and we only learn who you are when you choose to tell us.
What we collect, and when
- Contact and lead forms. Name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email, and your message — used to answer you and recorded in our support system so the conversation has a history. That's the only use.
- Server logs. Like almost every web server, ours records requests (IP address, page, time, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are routinely rotated and are not used to profile visitors.
- Analytics. We measure site usage in aggregate (pages visited, approximate region) using self-hosted, cookieless analytics on our own servers. No data leaves our infrastructure and no advertising company is involved.
What stays on your device
Your theme choice (light/dark) and language preference are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we can't read them from anywhere else.
What we don't do
- No selling, renting or trading of personal data — to anyone.
- No advertising pixels, social-media trackers or fingerprinting.
- No marketing emails unless you explicitly asked for them.
Where data lives
Form submissions and support history live on infrastructure PearlFibers operates directly. They're kept while we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, and removed on request when no legal or billing reason requires keeping them.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion — write to info@pearlfibers.com from the address or number you contacted us with, and we'll confirm what we did.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and meaningful changes will be noted on this page — not buried.
