A storefront and its members app.

Al-Daraja Al-Malakia sells electric bikes with product storytelling on the web — and runs its members, points and orders from a companion mobile app we built alongside it.

The problem

An electric bike is a considered purchase — buyers want to see the product properly before they visit. Almalakia needed a web presence that sells the bikes' character, plus a way to manage the relationship after the sale: members, loyalty points, redemptions and orders.

What we built

A bilingual product site with catalogue-style storytelling per model — and a companion mobile app for running the member side of the business.

  • Product-first site: each bike presented with full-bleed imagery and specs
  • Bilingual AR/EN with account access
  • Mobile app: members, loyalty points issued and redeemed, orders
  • Redemption requests and activity tracked from an aggregate dashboard
  • Brand carried consistently across site, app and catalogue

The outcome

The web presence does the pre-sale work and the app does the after-sale work — points, redemptions and orders in one place instead of a notebook at the counter.

From the real system

Public surfaces and admin views, shown with the client's permission — and never with anyone's personal data.
