Business Avenue · Serviced offices
One platform for six branches — and the doors.
Iraq's leading serviced-office provider runs offices, contracts, billing and meeting rooms on a platform PearlFibers built — across four provinces, in two languages.
The problem
A serviced-office business sells the same thing hundreds of times a month — desks, offices, meeting rooms — across branches in different cities. Every contract, renewal, invoice and booking multiplies with growth, and general-purpose tools don't know what an office, a shared desk or a billable meeting hour is.
Business Avenue needed its operation — not just its accounting — in one system: who occupies what, on which contract, paid or not, in every branch, at a glance.
What we built
A management platform shaped around how a serviced office actually runs, with a dashboard per branch and a company-wide view above them.
- ✓ Office inventory — private, shared and virtual — with live occupancy per branch
- ✓ Contracts with QR verification, generated and renewed from the system
- ✓ Billing: proposals, invoices, deposits, expenses and payment oversight
- ✓ Meeting-room reservations with a calendar and per-booking billing
- ✓ QI card payment integration
- ✓ Client records and staff roles per branch
- ✓ Fully bilingual Arabic/English interface
The outcome
Six branches across four provinces run on the platform today. Management sees occupancy and revenue without calling anyone; contracts carry QR codes a client can verify; meeting rooms bill themselves.
The engagement didn't stop at software — when meeting-room access needed hardware at the door, we designed and built the device too.
From the real system
Public surfaces and admin views, shown with the client's permission — and never with anyone's personal data.
